Weekdays - I'm lucky if I can get to the banana I bring to work. I'm off coffee these days, so my average answer would be, I have water for breakfast. Strictly due to time. Weekends - All out yo. If we make it at home, it's bacon and eggs (poached, sunny side up or over easy), toast and sometimes a fruit bowl. If we eat out and I'm in the mood for breakfast I have eggs benedict, if I'm more in a lunch mood for breakfast, I get a greasy burger and poutine. Bet you expected my answer to be Marco's and vice versa huh?

I know. I have 50 of these suckers. Move it people!

I'm just so happy he wants to read! He's a smart man, an Industrial Engineer, but my dad is an infamous TV watcher. He got his first liabrary card EVER last month in an effort to break the habit. I'm so pleased by this. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll pass them along to him.

Here's what we did (no process or prepared food at all, we still cooked every night.): MONDAY - Borscht w/ ham & swiss Bagels (leftovers for lunch) TUESDAY - Tuna Casserole (leftovers for lunch) WEDNESDAY - Layered Bean soup (leftovers for lunch) THURSDAY - Meat pie and corn (leftovers for lunch) FRIDAY - Spring rolls, dumplings and wonton soup Like Mike said we did have a lot of things in our pantry and freezer that helped make the $10 budget acheivable. We had to buy: 3 beets 1 green cabbage onions tomatoe paste dill sliced ham sliced swiss cheese tuna frozen peas Weddings aren't cheap ya'll. Gotta save them pennies!

I crave sushimi daily. It is one of life's luxuries for sure. I'm not so big on sushi prepared with rice. I like it I guess, but I don't crave it or wish to pay for it the way I love the fish all by itself.

I was talking to my dad last night and he mentioned that he would like a book about the Nostradamis predictions. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking for a simple read here, nothing too complex. The man just started this new reading hobby so I don't want him to get discouraged by something too difficult. Thanks Skanks.
