Went to the Sens/Caps game last night. They did a great job shutting down Ovechkin, although he did have a few nice shots. The real test will be Thursday night against the Canucks. The Senators and the Canucks are probably the two hottest teams in the league right now.

I saw that puppy earlier tonight, about 5:15 pm. Right out my living room window! It was pretty cool.

Here's an interesting article about that subject Apparently back in the old days the home team wore dark colours, then they changed it the early 70's. Then a few years ago they changed it back!

I too only went on Saturday night. Of course, I thought nero was awesome. I brought 4 nero-newbies with me and they were duly impressed too! Hoping these reunions happen again!

In the summer of 1998 I did a "full house" of concerts out west. 3 nights of Phish followed by 2 nights of Pearl Jam. Started in Portland Oregon for Phish, then to the Gorge for 2 more nights of Phish, back to Portland for Pearl Jam, then up to Vancouver for another Pearl Jam show.

In my not-so-humble opinion, Aerosmith were a much better band before they gave up the drugs and booze.

Do you think the Thin White Duke is on this board? I've seen Bowie a few times and he's always been great.

I wonder if Mike Myers will make a cameo as Ron Wood in this biopic. That would be hilarious!

I was at the game last night. Very entertaining! Emery kept the Sens in it in the 1st period, until the Heatley show in the 2nd.

I work with Ollie and can attest that he is a fine fellow. He has good taste in take-out lunch places too!

Pretty decent acquisition for the Sens. I'm glad they did not get Nedved. Comrie is a young and feisty player. I wonder if he will play tonight in the game tonight against Buffalo?
