ollie, i think you must be pretty bored. of all the things to pick out to discuss in this thread....i mean come on. back on topic... i totally understand some people not wanting to see zeppelin now, especially if you saw them back in the 70s. it would be like going to coventry after seeing years worth of clifford balls. but i was not lucky enough to see them back then and i would be thrilled to see them now. if the show isn't top notch, it's not going to alter how i listen to the albums or how much i love the band. i'll take it for what it is, a live concert. NOT going to concerts for fear of having a bad time does not enter into the equation for me, ever.

from the clips and reviews i've seen, they looked and sounded good. i'd go. he makes a few good points but i dislike this lefsetz jerk more and more with each article that gets foisted upon me. i know some people just like to bitch about everything though, and i guess read about it too.

this thread is mostly men...as for me, i would definitely choose ESCAPE over any kind of confrontation with someone in my house. i don't have any others to worry about except me, so that's easy. i do keep a fire extinguisher by my bed though, so i figure if i need to bonk someone on the head i could try that or else blast them with high pressure foam

i went there a few years ago in wintertime and though i tried, i did not find anything interesting to do at all. however, don't worry cuz i'm sure once you get a case of beer in you won't mind so much
