Nah, not yet, I think it should be soon though. I know they said some time in january, so I'm hoping we get them any day now. And yes, we do need to hook up for pre/post game festivities. I wonder if the Peel Pub is still open?

However, this year's baseball game was amazing. Baseball is probably the one sport where the players can go "all-out" and not have to worry about it jeopardizing their careers though. Hockey and football are a joke because the intensity of the game sucks. Basketball should and could be better, but as it stands now, they refuse to play D.

They're not getting out of the first round - with or without him, IMO.

Who over 13 likes the All-Star game? Kids like it because they get to see Ovechkin play on a line with Crosby and Malkin. It's fun for their imaginations. I would like it if the players even gave one shit, let alone two. It would be good hockey.

There's a lot of talk lately about the players not wanting the All-star break, and the NHLPA has proposed a week long or so break for every FEB. Either to be filled with a World cup, or Olympics, or something (all-star game for off years, maybe). When I was a kid I loved the ALL STAR game and skills comp. It's too bad that the salaries have made it so none of the players ever want to play in it. Theoretically, it's a great idea.
