  4. i wish i had a phone number for luke to call...
  5. the way aj pitched last night he could fetch some serious players...but i guess you guys are right...whose gonna trade a cant miss pitching prospect for a pitcher who is half miss-half hit bahh we're screwed...but i still love em and will watch em any chance i get
  6. yea we need starting pitching, but is AJ any better than right now than lets say...dustin mcgowan? both are very inconsistent and can be dominant at times...dm costs about 10 million less and aj can actually get us some prospects...remember, scott kazmir was once traded for victor zambrano ...
  7. thomas is untradeable trading glaus is an interesting choice but he has 13 million left on his contract for one more year after this one, and the when hes gone who plays third do the jays have any trade chips?? what about trading aj burnett? you think anyone would take him, especially with the lack of SP going around???
  8. The Raps have one of the best up and coming teams in the NBA. They will be one of the teams that experts will say are East contenders next year. The Atlantic division will be tight next year as well me thinks. The Nets will most certainly be better in the regular season, the Knicks are improving as well, ditto for the 76ers. While the latter two might not comepete for the division title, its not a terrible prediction to say that the Atlantic could have four teams over .500 next year...its doubtful but it could happen.
  9. bleh, its not a good year to be a jays fan
  10. wish i had a ticket for the chance to upgrade alas i will be backpacking up some mountain in india around the time of this festival, so its not a total loss
  11. holy crap I wish I could hit this festival here

  15. Lotsa love for Shain, you were a great tourguide in Amsterdam! Lookin forward to seeing you again man
  16. Rios solo homer to tie the game 1-1!!
  17. alright just a few minutes to go until the Jays take on Beckett...I believe in the Jays, they should not be as bad as they are right now
  18. after reading the first name "warren haynes" i dont even need to read the rest, but its all pure gold i really wanna go to this...
  19. I saw this movie at Jam In The Dam. It is absolutely hilarlious... My favourite part is when Claypool (as the drummer) and his guitarist meet Matt Abts and Warren Haynes at "Festeroo"...classic classic stuff
  20. Okay so the Cavs won game one! I am not really a Cavs fan but I am a Nets anti-fan...go Cavs either way though I think whoever wins this series is going to get SMOKED by whoever wins the pistons/bulls series...those two teams should be meeting in the conference finals
  21. yea I liked the book, it was cool hearing anecdotes and all that...while the writing wasn't amazing the stories were really cool
  22. this will be quite cool...lookin forward to it thats also some tour they got goin on
  23. I would probably think the same thing had I not gone to JITD this year...the festival has really cool atmosphere about it, as much as I love being dirty and muddy at outdoor festivals being able to be clean and dry while floating between shows is really nice. Plus I met so many cool people in the hostels and walking around Amsterdam is a trip in itself. I highly recommend JITD. Remember there are two more bands that are supposed to be added...
