A tragedy narrowly averted. Lets hope Gainey somehow walks away from the following unscathed, although I have been saying amongst my friends for the past few weeks to prepare for Plek's inevitable departure (unless serious dollars are first traded away, most likely Hammers). Then again, the money has to be right. I wouldnt like to see Pleks signed to a high-end, long-term contract but a smart betting man certainly has to see Cammalleri wants him resigned.
