  4. pretty fun day in hamilton for not even making it to anything art crawl related. messy, confirmed.
  5. I gathered that from your 'strangle him' comment. I thought you might gather that from my 'lame' comment, I guess you're pretty old though...

  8. I'm on Hal's side because the rest of you are a bunch of douche bags.
  9. I was able to catch the game at a bar in the Soo. Drabek didn't look great, most of his sequences went deep into the count with a lot of them going 2-0 or 3-0, he got his ass saved out of a number of jams with a couple of lucky double plays, wells robbing a homer and snider makeing a great throw out. all in all, alright.
  10. There is way to much hearsay in this thread. ::shudder::
  11. Drabek is on the hill tonight, hope i can find this game on tv somewhere...
  12. September 25th is a Saturday as per your thread title, same day as the ti-cats game. Schwa. is correct. messy.

  14. I'd gather that it was just like a late night above Rubies
  15. I made it to the Michigan home opener again last weekend (2nd year in a row) and man do those amerrcans go over the top considering the economic poo pile Michigan finds itself in. Last year was crazier as I arrived early and tail-gated all day and Michigan ended up losing (bittersweet for me as I really don't follow college ball). This year time was of the essence as I made it to the lot with less than an hour before kick-off, needless to say, chugging that half a 40 of whiskey lit me up on the inside. Fighter jets, fireworks and 113 090 people made for a spectacle of an event and not being able to buy booze at a college game with that many people is odd to me also, so with some careful positioning the other half of the 40 was snuck in. Michigan ended up winning fairly easily with a (what I found) boring rush filled game. Hands down the most epic "wave" I've ever seen at a sporting event. I'll go again.
  16. The guys dad worked for my father for years eventually getting his son a part time job at our family business. One summer night, coincidentally the first night I ever drank, my dad was awoken by a phone call from the police. My sister had gotten busted out at erieau for under age drinking and my dad and mom had to get up and go and pick her up. As he finally got home and back in bed, he was rudely awoken again by the sound of his diesel pick-up truck being started in the drive-way. My dad busted open my sisters door thinking it was her that had taken the truck but she was sound asleep (drunk...) he called the police and hopped into my moms car in chase. The son got into a high speed chase with the police which ended up with him smashing and ramming into various police cars causing excessive damage. Someone in my ensemble accidently dropped what was left of a 40 ounce glass bottle of vodka in the local McDonalds which ended up in me fleeing the scene. Only one bottle and a few automobiles were damaged in this story. Go Chatham!
  17. The only reason I've ever heard was so the teams can stratigically prepare for the team they are playing against that week, lame. And I'd say the size comment is bunk, a 350 pound man running into a 350 pound man at foot speed has less force than a 200 pound man skating into a 200 pound man travelling at approx 45kph multiply that by games played bitches...
