  1. Crazies? Though not entirely debatable (I'm leaning to the crazy mindset), I find it interesting that when it's a spiritual/metaphysical explanation (intention and harmony/dissonance, hate/moral disease) of how our collective consciousness is behaving and arguably regressing, it's typical to out these 'call it as it is' fringe christian haters. Maybe it's the 'creative license' that cxhristians add to the mix that buddhist monks treat with lighter verbiage that does it. Though it's entirely possible and - depending on one's perspective, plausible - that our bad vibes were moved on their way by cruelly intended debauchery, I can't find it in my heart to lay the blame solely on an immoral and selfishly aligned globality. 'WHEREAS, we believe our economic woes are consequences of our greater national moral crisis; and" I'm fine with that. get to the rest and it waters down the importance and credibility of that initial and (solely) important explanation. Funny how Jesus' story was to show us that love and truth transcend dogma with groups like these watering down entirely powerful concepts with their dogma and exclusivity. ...makes me cringe from our collective regression - those pushing the ill will and those that choose to refute every aspect through any potentially 'conveniently' misplaced caring. Fuckin' ruiners.
  2. I was entirely impressed with a great night of music and company. Thanks for the great shots, Basher. Lookin' good!

  4. It's not my project, phishtaper.
  5. After Sea Change Beck really sounds sad or hurt or something to me. (how eloquent, I know) This seems like a very cool project. I like what you've posted, Low Roller.
  6. If you still have the tickets tomorrow...or want to go and only need to unload one, text/call me at 778.999.3897 - I might not be there in time or else I'd bid higher for sure now. Good luck everybody.
  7. Imagine a world where you were free. A world where you could spend quality time with your family and friends, where you could have anything you wanted. A world where your job is voluntary, but you love it so much that you jump out of bed in the morning filled with excitement. A world where your children never want for anything, where they grow up filled with purpose, with love, and with passion. A world where there is no war, no poverty, no hunger, no hatred, and no crime. This is what the world would be like without money.
  8. ?? I was referring to personal liberties relating to freedom of communication. Still stuck on 'tolerance'? Freedom to persecute.
  9. You're far from defeated, Birdy...at least I hope. As far as the justification thing goes, I see a difference between being justified (having justifcation) and being 'justified' (creating false or questionable justification). There's truth and there's fact (don't confuse this with data).
  10. look like Conan wants to be fancy to tweedy: 'hook me up with a suit, that's amazing' I don't think he'd look as great in red.
  11. It's a real shame that this 'election' could serve to undo all Ahmedinejad said about bringing Democracy to Palestineans - giving them a referrendum (not election) to vote on issues rather than puppet leaders.
  12. it adds nutrients/minerals. Probably adds some tang...or something (but i doubt it would be all that much)
  13. To be there is the plan. I'll probably see you at Sharon Jones.
  14. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you should regret what you put your heart into, Jay.
  15. 'improvement' to many can come from 'regulation'. Fair presumption? What's more important - freedom or crime fighting?
  16. AAH. Okay. No I wasn't justifying any of that...I was dismissing it.
  17. I'd hate to live near chemical alley if we ever saw warfare on the ground here in North America.
  18. Don't ever let anyone let you think that you're no fun, phishtaper.
  19. They only need justification if they intend to be truly 'righteous'. You're getting political spam because it's a load of crap. We're not going to get any real understanding of how they justify their actions besides some sort of 'national security' bull that's intended to create fear/security 'issues' on both sides of the argument. I suppose my approach to your statement is who they're justifying this all to...themselves or others? They've justified it to themselves. It's all about whatever line of crap they're going to feed to us to justify our involvement for their aims. Do they need to justify anything to us? no. How will our leaders justify acts of aggression - political or militarial - against Iran? The fact that there's spam about it says a lot about the validity of that viewpoint.
  20. I remember hearing on television that the us was going to (going to...not have...going to) intercept a possible transfer of WMD parts (i can't remember the verbiage) It was announced on national/international television? Another fake war. If it was real we wouldn't hear about it until it actually became 'news'. Birdy, North Korea can't hit you with any of their missiles. You have nothing to be afraid about. Maybe it's a lack of understanding about what fear is healthy and what fear is being used against us as a tool, but nobody has any real reason to be afraid about this. If North Korea is stating their terms of autonomy and they're being infringed upon - crazy kim jong il abstractly provoking action or not - it's still the USA that's meddling. If they really want to affect N. Korea, they can surround myanmar/whatever country is receiving the shipment. Don't be a fool, don't be a tool.
