I heard that Diesel Dog broke up because Ike saw the light and joined the Steve Murphy Band?!?! 'sbout time - you could see Ike was pretty unhappy up there. Doin' lots of rolly eyes and yawns and all that during the show. I think it's a smart move - Diesel's going nowhere and Ike's headed to greener pastures!

I took some acid once and listened to Keller - it's the only time I actually "got" him. Never before, never since. I don't even go up to see him at festivals anymore. Just stay at the campsite and enjoy the activities there. Used to go up and see him but always found myself wandering around Shakedown after about 3-4 songs. As a guitar player - out of this world!! As a songwriter - "meh" at best If you want to listen to some good Keller listen to Keller and the Keels. BEAUTIFUL!!

don't know if anyone said it yet but the Twoonie toss brings in a ton of cash and QUICK!! Buy a 60 ounce bottle of whatever. Put it on the ground somewhere and set up a "throwing" line about 15-20ft away. Whoever throws their twoonie closest to the bottle wins the bottle.

oh well now Ron might be into that ON FIRE!!!!! On a side note I was watching a show on Ron Sexsmith a while back and it went through a list a very notable international musicians who have recorded his songs. One of them was Elton John and I believe I recall him saying that Sexsmith, on top of being one of the most underated songwriters, was of the best songwriters in Cdn history. Have fun New Nellie!
