    Police setlist

i'll be at one of the toronto shows in july (the sunday night one). brad sands (phish's old tour manager) is working w/ the band for this world tour; namely with copeland. he first started working w/ him during the oysterhead days. from what i hear, the band is really tight and is looking forward to the 9 months of touring ahead. i'm really looking forward to seeing the show. i think the setlist looks awesome.
  3. dolly! shitidiot and i saw her @ the molson amphitheatre -- sept 2005. she put on quite the show... for folks that have not seen her, i recall her being quite the multi-instrumentalist. i'd recommend catching her live show for sure if you get a chance. some parts of the show bordered on cheese (namely her between song banter) but man did she rock out songs like 9 to 5 and jolene!!
  4. Thanks for the feedback guys; this helps. I think Bobby was listed as Ratdog on this tour, right? Anyways, once I'm done my "master list" I'll post it here. Might spark some good memories of concerts gone by that folks can share!
  5. I spent 3 months canoe tripping in Algonquin Park one summer. I'd highly recommend it. There's a highway that runs through the park (Highway 60 I think?) that has the most access points from it - and near these you'll find the most people. If you want the most isolation, it would depend on how far you're willing to portage/paddle away from these access points. The farther you get from them, the less likely you are to run into folks. From my experience, most people (weekend type campers) do 2-3 day loops near these areas. If you have a lot of time, the other suggestion I would have is starting from access points in the NE section of the park. I always found those areas to have the least amount of people near them. Beauuutiful lakes and campsites up there!! If you decide to go there, let me know and I can suggest specific lakes and even sites -- I'll dig up my old map I used that summer. Enjoy!
  6. Does anyone know what the full line-up was for this show? I'm archiving my ticket stubs and can't seem to find online the listing of who played this. I think it was Ratdog, Black Crowes, but need the full list. Thanks!
  7. yup, last time i went from 10 / 10:30pm right until closing... lots of time!
  8. nice! the boys are heading to toronto today -- should be a great week ahead. they are going to play "Even Rats" for the live to air show and then two more songs that the audience stays for the taping of that will be uploaded to the MTV.ca concert archive (available for viewing online).

El Asador is the best!! You eat at picnic tables. I recommend the beef tacos. Plus the beer.
