I ate at 'wichcraft in San Fran and it was a pretty big meh. It was decent, but I expected more from Coleccio.

Seems to me, from the things I've read, that a 3lb bird like that shouldn't need to brine for more than 6-8 hours. How did it turn out? The pic on FB looked awesome. Almost like a peking duck...

That was my fifth MMJ show and it was very middle of the road. The brutal sound in there was a major part, but the song selection wasn't nearly as good as other shows I've seen. C+
