Douglas
Have you ever had that perfect piece of chocolate catch you by surprise? thoughts clouding your mind, brain a'whirlin', rushing through the day.... You carelessly pop it in your mouth...and then suddenly your eyes close, your toes curl, and "hmmm" escapes from your throat...oops! You almost walked right into a door! And I present you with "chocolove" folks

bouche
holy crap Cosmic! Are those 'mosaics'?? I think I saw those belgian things on 'Unwrapped' from the food network yesterday for the first time. If that;s them, a sh!t load of hand made artistry goes into those things. Cosmic ChrisC
Not sure how they're made. But my boss bought them at Chocolats Geneviève Grandbois in Montréal:http://www.chocolatsgg.com/I think I'll eat them tomorrow...it's recommended to eat them no longer after purchased. Sounds good to me!
