(I hang my head in shame.)I was really going to go, but here's what happened: I'd been invited to a friend's house for dinner. My friend is a gourmet chef who is an "Executive Chef" at a restaurant in Whistler, so this was no small dinner. The plan was to eat dinner, and then get everyone to go out to GTB. (Everyone had agreed to this earlier.) By the time this awesome dinner was over, and I was trying to get everyone going, it became pretty clear that I was the only one motivated for this show. (I think the rest of the story speaks for itself...) Aaaaah well. Not the first show I've missed for no good reason, and won't be the last.
