Toronto Help...

Well as I find myself a mere 4 days away from being a chef school grad I would like to do something a little fun as a reward.

As I could find no one who would jump a bus to go to manhatten for a weekend I settled for sweet Toronto as a runner up.

As I look at pollstar for events and such it seems that next [color:red]Wednesday to Saturday may be a slow one in Toronto.

I have considered Bedouin Soundclash at the Docks on Saturday but am wondering if anyone can give me some insight into some good fun so that I can let loose. I mean I want recommendations on good restaurants, places to stay for cheap ( I may be done school but I can't afford the Fairmont) and good places where I can shake my ass!

If anyone could help me with this I would be super grateful...and if anyone here is bored and wants to bring a little sass to Toronto with me lemme know....ahem..Alexis.

I unfortunatly have 0 friends living in the T-dot right now so am a little lost on what people are up to...

I wanna check out ROM, AGO and all that jazz during the day but I want to freak with big city skanks when the sun goes down...

As for good restaurants, take the Bloor subway to Broadview station. Get out there and walk west on the Danforth. There's around 100 great restaurants within a 10 minute walk on the Danforth. There's some good pubs there too.

Hey Natalie (I think that's your name if I remember right... You should really check this show out.. You went to high-school with Frontier Index... Although maybe they'd graduated before you got there.. Anyways, good Stratford boys, and an *excellent* band taboot.

Check out Horsey Craze too, on one of the other nights. The Constantines playing Neil Young songs.
