I think jam music will still around in 100 years from now just like jazz and bluegrass, and blues and metal etc. I'm thankful for all the variety of music we have access to these days.

With Alice in Wonderland earning over $100 million dollars this weekend, audiences (and theater owners) seem particularly receptive to 3D films. In this context comes news that a 3D film presenting Phish in concert is expected to hit theaters next month. Phish 3D will present footage recorded at last year’s Festival 8 event. While an official release date has yet to be announced, a website has just launched, along with an accompanying Facebook page. I was just listening to Wazoo yesterday and it is great live stuff from the Grand Wazoo/Waka Jawaka era. Imaginary Diseases and One Shot Deal are also great live albums released in the last few years.
