To celebrate the band's new found sobriety, this will be the first alcohol-free show of the spring "Diesel Dry" tour.

I was just wondering how Stern would handle that interview. Billy Bob would probably be kissing his ass the whole time. And Howard would ask him every question he didn't want to talk about....like what was it like banging Angelina Jolie.

I just heard this on the news as a top story so I had to check this out. In his defence, Billy Bob has probably had to go on Jay Leno etc. hundreds of times answering the same questions about whatever movie he was promoting at the time. If it was emphasized to the producers to only talk about music I can see why he got upset. The fact that it is a major news story now will draw a lot of attention to the band so maybe it was a work.

The Disco Biscuits have announced that the final four shows of their current West Coast tour will be cancelled. The quartet was slated to appear at the Catalyst Club in Santa Cruz this evening, followed by performances at the San Diego House of Blues on Thursday and two nights at the West Hollywood HOB on Friday and Saturday. However, the band issued a statement, explaining that "Due to a family emergency, the Disco Biscuits will regretfully be canceling the remaining four shows of their west coast run (Santa Cruz, San Diego and two Los Angeles Shows). We request that you respect the band’s privacy with this personal matter." Tickets refunds will be available at points of purchase.
