Hmmm, not very helpful, but funny

I used half a can of coconut milk last night. What should I make with the other half? Last night I made sesame noodles with tempeh, vegetaables in a spicy ginger coconut milk sauce with peanuts. I love cooking with coconut milk. Cooking your rice in it is amazing...add some fried mango and toasted sesame seeds...mmm

What's the first thing that you do when you turn on your computer in the morning? (or evening?) Is it a routine? First email, then facebook etc...? Or random? At home I always check out the weathernetwork in the mornings to see the temp here in Ottawa and then up North. At work I check my email.

Funny... I checked out this place and it looks great. It's opening next week and they lend you their trucks at no charge so you don't have to rent one.... So thanks for that, and the I did enjoy the highjack talk while I waited for the info

I make avocado clubs often. Lettuce, mayo, avocado, cheese, thin slices of red pepper and black olives. I love the sour dough bread. Fried mushrooms and onions are fantastic too. I think that adding avocado would make an amazing addition to any sandwich. mmmmm sandwiches

I haven't done much searching yet, but what are your favorite sites for international road maps? I am looking for a site that gives driving directions and distances for the US, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Costa Rica. Say Ottawa to Costa Rica. Is there such a thing? I have found Expedia but I was hoping for a "mapquest" quality site. thanks

Well, you get a load a veggies that are in season. Once I got (among other veggies) about 2pds of onion...and well, how many onions can you eat really? You don't get a bit of everything every delivery, only what is in season...but at a really good price. I loved all the fresh peppers and carrots, zucchini and tomatoes...things like beets I shared with my friends if I got too many. I had to go and pick them up the community centre, so if you don't have a car it could be hard. All in all, I would go for it again.
