  1. Knock Knock, Who's there? Stanley. Stanley Who? The Stanley Cup Finals. Lame, I know... but unless you're a Sens fan, you have no idea good it feels to be in this position. Unless you're an oldie like Booche and Kanada Kev and can actually remember the last time your teams were even in a position to play for the cup. You're 55 right Kev?

  11. 153 is about farmers. It's on or around page 153. I'll try to dig it up.
  12. I wanted to post this here cause the story is much bigger than hockey. I know I'm a big flag waver for the Sens. And I know many don't wave flags for this team because of the multi-million dollar contracts, and all the pro-sports hoopla. Still, this story is very touching... and perhaps may open some eyes as to why some people find it easy to cheer for a team like the Senators. Still this story puts so much in perspective. And just want to share and get some thoughts from the board. Check the sendspace link to the video. Peace, Elgins' Story: Avi Video
  13. I've thought about it long enough... the X-factor... without question, in this series is Pronger. If he can be on the ice, and get his team some offence, they might stand a chance... but if we can throw a steady 1-2 of Top line then the Fisher or Neil or Schubert line , then chances are we can butter up this bohemeth who's been getting over 30 minutes a game. If our top line can score the way they have been... it shouldn't be close... but even if Pronger does step up... I believe the bottom two lines of the Sens can be counted on to generate a little offence if they were given the green light to drive to the net once in a-while with the defence holding the offensive points... they've been playing a corner game for the whole playoffs. As far as I'm concerned. Everything is in the Sens favor. They should be favoured. I haven't checked the line or anything... and I don't care. They have to execute... that's obvious enough... but it'll be easy to win if you see Pronger passing from the face off dots, or behind... and a lot closer if you see him passing from the blue lines.
  14. Any publicity is good publicity. As far as the Sens are concerned though, I could care less who got to watch the game unless it concerns the fans of the team, the city, and the quest for the cup... and CBC didn't cut away. And 95 of 100 Sens fans live in and around Ottawa and the Valley (Atleast before the playoffs began!). It seemed that the 2:30 wrap up time did wonders for the patio's of Ottawa. I wouldn't be complaining to be part of a scene like that, and then have the rest of my night to party with dinner and shennanigans. I hope to participate later on with you's all.
