  1. I seen Brooks and Dunn back in the early ninties with a girl I was dating & her father, he was the fan & bought the tickets. Personally, I'd skip their show, unless of course you enjoy the whole pop-country drivel that is called country music now-a-days. [color:red][edit] Actually, Brooks & Dunn are American.

  5. Blind Willie Johnson - If I Had My Way I'd Tear The Building Down Recorded on December 3, 1927 in Dallas, Texas. This was Johnson's first recording session. This tune is the story of Samson and Delilah. It is the flip side to "Mother's Children Have A Hard Time." Rev. Gary Davis popularized this tune in the early sixties during the Great Folk Scare. codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,0,0" id="xspf_player" align="middle" height="170" width="400"> type="application/x-shockwave-flash" bgcolor="#e6e6e6" name="xspf_player" allowscriptaccess="sameDomain" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" align="middle" height="170" width="400"/>
  6. I'd have to ask my Ma, but I know it was Mariposa Folk Fest, early 70s. First concert without a parent: The Clash - Maple Leaf Gardens april 84. [color:red][edit to add] Hey Kev, we had similar childhoods it sounds like, pertaining to music anyway. I wonder if we attended the same Mariposa's.
