as far as I know it's a double-bill with ZZ Top closing. I'd go see B&D. Why not? It might be some good stupid fun.

I haven't had too much trouble finding it. It really should be found in most non-budget oriented food chains (ie Sobey's, Fortinos, Zehr's). check wherever they sell tofu products. otherwise it SHOULD be a staple at any health food store. I don't love seitan but slather it in teriyaki sauce and put in a stirfry and it's good enough.

"The World Is Flat" by Thomas Friedman. A really enjoyable and accessible study of globalization. I'm really enjoying it. It takes me freakin' months to finish a book.
