lightening comes from space (the outer atmosphere more precisely, a fairly recent discovery) there seems to be a lot more winter lightening these days, which I find strange... experienced the most powerful lightening storm I've ever been in a couple of weeks ago right here in hamilton... sounded like we were being shelled by artillery, lightening and thunder every second or two for almost a full hour... crazy

(for another month and a half anyways =) think this sounds less serious for Phil than the liver transplant likely was... the transplant still freaks me out a lot... moreso that he's still playing nearly constantly and not just still alive... at the time of his transplant the deadhead community was warning each other to stay braced as transplanted livers usually fail after 5 or 6 years... phil's having a fantastic run with his to be sure

Level have always been HUGE in Europe... very loyal following over that way... most folks I meet from over there, who really are into music, want to know what my favorite Level 42 albums/recordings are (and are fully blown away when they realize I'm basically un-acquainted with all of it) live videos are definately worth checkin out, some great stuff out there

last time I was in QC the atmosphere was quite lively... the weekend went by too quickly to really take in many landmarks... truly loved the locals though... a great town
