timmies for work, nothing tastes as good at 4:45 in the am. ill never give starbucks a dime. at home though, we have taken to getting the organic beans from bulk barn and grinding our own, it is deeeelicious. rainforest blend i think its called, medium roast, just right for us anyways. and the beans are only 8 bucks for a pound, compare that to kicking horse or something, 16 bucks a pound.

apr. 23rd at the bayfront i think, here in the Hammer. work was hard this week, i hired a buddy of mine from high school, against my own beliefs, i dont like hiring guys i know cuz then i feel bad when i yell at them for not doing the work properly, but he held his own, for 3 days this week anyways, we will see about next week. on the other hand it is nice to work with someone i have stuff in common with what i hate most about work is the guys that poop in the basements, im pretty sure thats why they put portapotties on worksites, so guys dont have to shit all over the new houses. grrrrr

this should be interesting. i DL'ed some of those MMJ covers, including the all the best, it was pretty meh. i cant wait to hear old crow cover angel from montgomery. when i saw prine last year, maybe 2 yrs ago now? my dad gave me and the wife 3rd row tix for the massey hall show, it was amazzzzzing. he had this great female fiddler open up the show, carrie rodriguez, and also sing a few duets with him at the end of the show, man what a great concert. first time my wife was in massey, she was blown away by the nice acoustics.
