You have likely already seen it but Game of Thrones was pretty great. I'm thinking of checking out Battlestar Galactica. I've heard lots of great things. For comedies I second Shameless.

It's that time of year again. Summer tour has launched and it looks like I will unfortunately be couch touring this summer. I listened to an aud recording of last night's show and liked what I heard. Anyone have any rec's for some good books? This is an often revived topic, but it has been a while. I've been loving the Game of Thrones series. I'm about half way through book two but I think I want to space them out a bit. Once I finish this one I will be looking for something new. I also read The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern recently and really enjoyed it.

Damn! That looks really good. Now, if only I had a sous-vide machine.

That model is cool for established bands but for new musicians trying to break in to the industry it would be prohibitive.
