rubberdinghy
You guys suck...works burgers are too much...goddam...I'm sure you are putting "weak-sauce" or "gay-onaisse" on them.Homemade burgs should always include maple syrup in the mix. Booche
Bouche, cut them in half. Seriously.Lynn and I have done that a few times and it doesnt cramp our bellies while leaving room for beer.
ollie
Someone needs to start a burger thread, or dredge one up from the past.My question was more along the lines of "What makes a good restaurant burger"?As for my own personal burger recipe, I use 100% ground beef, preferably medium. That's it, that's all.

c-towns
cream cheese and various regular cheeses work wonderful "in" burgers, also, mixing ground pork, beef and veal is amazing.

phorbesie
i posted about it earlier but i will again to specify that if you like cheese in your burger, try the infusion bistro on bank in the glebe. you can choose blue cheese, goats cheese, etc. and it's cooked inside the burger so you get cheesy goodness when you bite in. so good. MarcO
I just got back from a Japanese buffet lunch.Wasn't feeling the sushi today but I had some lovely seafood udon soup, a little egg rice, tempura shrimp, teriyaki chicken and some delicious beef & green onion teppanyaki.Remarkably I didn't overeat! Just a little taste of everything (except the soup yum!)
