Tavares will be a Leaf next year and they may be still so bad that the following year they may get that Hall kid from the Spitfires at #1... unless they have their eye on some unhearalded Swiss or Austrian. It will occur with 2.9 seconds left in the game and the Leafs will lose 3-2. They will then finish with 77 points... 1 point behind Tampa Bay who finish with 78. Of course he can't turn down that contract, but Finger will be a marked man/whipping-boy with the fans, especially playing on a club that will get clobbered game after game.
