Boooooring.I can out-bore Muslix: my mainstay cereal these days is puffed wheat.Ingredient: Whole wheat(Note the singular form of "ingredient.") The stuff is cheap, high in fibre, has no added sugar or colourings, and you can eat buckets of the stuff without consuming too much in the way of carbohydrates.
