tigger
It's dead in your world not mine . The scene south of the border is quite healthy and probably always will be you just came in when the mainstream peaked in and now it's back to where it belongs, just underneath the radar . balogna pogna
I think jam music will still around in 100 years from now just like jazz and bluegrass, and blues and metal etc. I'm thankful for all the variety of music we have access to these days. The Chameleon
Agreed the scene in the US is much more developped and stronger. The Canadian perspective is not representative.I'm doin'my part.

bradm
I think my life has less (or maybe more) meaning after (or maybe during) Richard Page Trio at Avant-Garde Bar tonight, or rather Richard Page Trio at Avant-Garde Bar vs. something-to-do-with-Insane-Clown-Posse at Ritual next door (a lot of which came thumping through the walls). By the time I left, all of the police had left, but there was still a paramedic ambulance parked outside Ritual.Aloha,Brad

bradm
something-to-do-with-Insane-Clown-Posse at Ritual next doorI think it was Tech N9ne. I saw people in ICP-style facepaint, and at least one shirt with "Juggalo" emblazoned on it.Aloha,Brad

I think we've moved along rather than moved on.You were in Seth? I went to Ryerson with Jay and he remains a friend, although I never see the guy. Jam hasn't been the same since Dr. Huxtable's last-ever performance of their funk masterpiece, "New Funk Order". It put Sly & The Family Stone's entire funk catalogue to shame.
