bradm
How about a tin of Tim Horton's coffee? (This may not qualify though; IIRC, there are some Timmies in the USA now.) There are also other food products which are uniquely Canadian: Shreddies, Oh Henry candy bars (IIRC), etc. If you can ship alcohol, try a six-pack of Brador... gentlemonkey
nice work on the cultural exchange.. you could assemble a great package for under 10.00 bucks. - Hand drawn/traced portrait of Kim Mitchell's, 'I am a wild Party' album cover. (cost- 0.00) - dubbed copy of Rick Mercer's "Talking to Americans" with handwritten timeline notes indicating whats so funny. (vhs tape 1.99) - used grade 9 'Canadian Geography' text book (free in any high school dumpster) - One sealed ziplock baggy full of fresh air, and hopefullness. - 2 beaver tails- one dessert treat, one actual- to illustrate the difference. shipping might cost a few bucks. nice work! Mr. Musicface
Oh oh oh! I had a sample of maple-cured smoked salmon at Costco last week that made me want to stand up and salute (well I was already standing, but you get the idea...) Anyway they were of course selling it in big honking multi-kilo Costco-type sizes, but if you could find a smaller size I can't think of anything too much more Canadian than that! Peace, - Mr. M.
