If it is at all possible to clinch the best actor in a comedy Emmy award in 30 seconds, Alec Baldwin did it.I am comfortable proclaiming 30 Rock the best comedy on TV right now. Tina Fey (writer, star) is a genius, and I can't wait to catch up on season 1.On the Tina Fey front, I suggest you go rent Mean Girls.
