It's a long story but my continuous head butting with my boss has resulted in higher management getting wind of our "situation." Things are changing for the better and he has had his enormous ego crushed. When it comes down to either pleasing a pissed off employee who is ready to quit compared to retraining another employee with 10 weeks of tutelage in Germany it's amazing what results you can get. Only reason upper mgmt found out was because i sent him there with a request to be laid off.I handled all of this properly, oh insightful one.
