I remember that there used to be tools to download entire websites for offline viewing quite a few years back. You could define how many levels deep to dive. However, since most sites are database driven, and require alot of user interaction to customize content, I can't see how they would be very useful these days. I have total audio convertor. it's great, but I didn't notice apl as a format otherwise I would have suggested it. If it is the same program, it's worth the $20 bucks. I convert flacs with it ALL the time. EDIT To Add: I just confirmed that the most recent version is called Total Audio Converter and it does convert APE/APL to mp3 or vice versa. worth the 20 bucks.
