basically, jamhub uses freeware called PHPNuke for the entire site. It is full of security holes and the dudes who wrote it do not fix them. There are fixes out there, but it takes probably too much time to keep up with the holes these days. see here for more info on that It is flagged as a malicious site at the following link which the latest firefox pointed me to. Firefox wouldn't even load up the redirect. I just got a major warning for malicious software. Someone decided to forward traffic here, but I'm not comfortable with people thinking that jambands.ca has malicious software. I'm also not sure what happens when someone with malicious software installed visits here. Will the software scripts "phone home"? I know that jambands.ca is bulletproof and the folks who wrote the site take great care in security alerts for PHP, and Mysql databases. They've provided security fixes in the past and I know that their servers are well protected as well. I made sure of that when I began hosting the site with them. It ain't cheap.

I just find it so comical that you didn't mean to single anyone out, but your did everything you could to make sure that you singled out directly and as accurately as possible.

speaking of MASH, I have the entire series on DVD. Sharon and I watched it over 2 years as we picked up every season one after another. It was so awesome to watch it as an adult. I didn't really get it as a kid. anyway, the entire series is up for grabs if anyone wants to buy it (or trade for the whole buffy series). the finale was probably one of the best finales I have ever seen in a tv series.

how is the simpsons at the top of the list? I stopped watching a couple of years ago. I would have quit earlier, but I felt obligated to keep watching. South Park should be near the top of the list if they want a cartoon up there that badly.

yesterday at about 2 pm, we visited a friend in gatineau and he pulled out some beerz. I was thinking "Havinbeers" and wanted to post, but didn't manage to get to the internet in time. well, here I am a day late.

That ACL with Alejandro was awesome. It's worth keeping on the PVR for a while. GORGEOUS music! I found some photos of the Alejandro perfromance at the Ottawa Bluesfest in 2006. Here is one of them. Fuck that was a great show.

In honour of the big game tonight (any excuse will do), ms.hux and i are making chicken wings and onion rings. We got a pack of separated wings and coated them with some flour and salt and we're currently frying them at 375 F. We're using the oven to keep them hottish. The wing sauce is 1/4 cup of melted butter and 1/4 cup of frank's red hot. Classic buffalo wings. When the rings are ready, we'll toss the wings in the sauce. The rings are battered in 1 cup beer, and 1 cup flour with 2 Tbsp Sugar, 2 tsp salt, and some paprika for colour. Big 1/4 inch rings are about to be fried in the same temp oil. pics to follow
