Ollie and I and our girlfriends will be travelling to T.O. for the New Riders of the Purple Sage show. Anyone else going? It would nice to meet up with some Toronto area skanks.

Unfortunately, the Tulip Festival suffered some awful weather in recent years, which kept a lot of people away from the concerts. I remember in 2002 Bruce Cockburn was scheduled to play, but the show was cancelled due to a blizzard. It was like May 18th or something like that. You're right AD - the weather this year will probably be awesome, now that they've cancelled the concerts!

As a side note, the new press secretary, Dana Perino, is pretty easy on the eyes.

About 10 years ago, there was a family-run Greek restaurant (it's now a Tim's) across the street from where I used to work on Baseline Road in Ottawa. Early in February that year, they put up a sign that said "Celebrate Valentine's Day the Greek Way". Now THAT was funny.
