Going to Philadelphia! Got tickets today when they went on sale at noon. The city could be in a celebration mood if the Phillies repeat as world series champs this year! But then again, this is the city that booed Santa Claus.

The deadline for sending in your tickets request for the lottery was Friday. That was me There's some charges on my card too. Could be the tickets, or maybe just the groceries and gas I bought on the weekend. Fingers crossed!

Lots of great fights in this one too. Phillips held his own in a dustup at the end of the 2nd, and Carkner showed Downie who's boss later in the 3rd. First pizza game in eons it seems!

Exciting finish! My sympathies Birdie! What a colossal end-of-season meltdown by the Tigers. All the Twins won though was the privilege of playing the mighty Yankees.

Well, from what I've seen of the Habs this season (2 and half minutes of OT last night, I didn't see the game against the Leafs) I thought they looked pretty good! Bummer about the injuries.
