Well the advance ticket sales worked much smoother than last year. I bought the $99 three day passes. I won't be attending much bluesfest this summer. In the autumn of my years, the jazz fest is more appealing to me!

I'll be styling in the Glen Close section! Hopefully she doesn't boil my bunny.

I went to Kingston on Friday for the Barr Brothers show. Nice little theater, excellent show of course!

Question for everyone who tried ticketmaster on Saturday. I got through right when the sales opened at 10 CST - and the only ticket options available were behind the stage and side stage. Did you guys see that too or were there better ticket options available to you? I totally got shut out.

I think an appearance by the Hip is a given, as they bypassed Ottawa on their recent tour this month.

I have a hunch that Blue Rodeo will make a rare Bluesfest appearance this year.

Mail order just seems like too much work for a lazy old man like me. I used to do it for shows in the early 90s but I had way more time on my hands back then. I'll just wait for the public on sale date.
