they used to always carry it at my LCBO and it was my go-to. they stopped carrying it about a year ago. i tried the beau's ipa and i liked it, will try it again. been loving hop head lately. hoppy

never seen the beach boys, but i'm thinking i'll get to see them on their tour, unless of course they don't make it through that huge tour... i love the phish and radiohead but i don't think the line-up will get me to bonnaroo. we'll see.

our hostess made an amazing chili, with spices brought fresh from india. it was sooo good. there was also an insane amount of food...nachos, wings, cheeses, asian snacks, cookies, chicken stuffed with cheese wrapped in bacon, chocolate cake, roast beef sammys, various dips, chips...

the NHL all star game is here this weekend

so yeah, today they brought all the nhl trophies pretty much right past our place so we went for a skate to check them out! it was cute, each trophy was on a little sled and little hockey player kids accompanied them down the canal to the conference centre. here's a link to the rest of the photos, let me know if you can't get there for some reason.

Todd just went down there; they are not accepting the credit purchased with the coupons. He ordered his meat, went to the cash, and they plopped a sign on the counter saying "NO COUPONS or GIFT CARDS until after April 30" Note: Todd was not trying to redeem a coupon - we had already done that. We had a credit card they gave us with the remainder of our credit on it. They are not accepting the credit.
