  1. Damn. This thread title had me all excited...nowhere even close really
  2. http://torontoist.com/2013/11/rob-ford-i-would-never-do-that-im-happily-married-ive-got-more-than-enough-to-eat-at-home/ Classy. Bleh...definitely threw up in my mouth a little on that one
  3. Damn. That could result in a tough choice to be made for me...
  4. Hahahaha! This sounds like hilarious fun.
  5. I've been digging the tune Fuego from their Halloween show. Its been getting some satellite play. I could see this being a fun one to groove to
  6. Yup yup! I love the way this one moves. Should be a super intimate show at that venue!
  7. Definitely in and can't wait to shake it all out with all my friends and folk who love this music. I always have a blast with DSO. Any heady after shows? Gratefully Deadicated? Caution Jam?
  8. Great night! Great turnout and energized dance party. Loved all the costumes. I love the hammer.

    Introducing...

Wonderful news to hear. Congratulations to you all Chris and give my love to Sara. That pic of you barely containing your emotions just choked me right up. Welcome Felix!
  10. Ha! Actually this past summer I thought Phil's vocals sounded better than I've ever heard him. Hope Mike's "laryngitis" clears soon
  11. I miss his voice too. Just so raw. Was surprised somewhat by how much I still enjoyed Old Crow without him. They put on a great show. Really happy to hear he's still out there doing his thing. I'd go see his new solo "shyte" in a second
  12. Thanks for forwarding the updates Brad for the non-facebookers. Glad to hear that the shipment arrived. Sorry to hear Heather that you had to depart prior to getting to distribute the instruments. While it sounds like it was still a great trip on many fronts I am sure that was a little heartbreaking for you after all of your hard work. I can't wait to/hope to see some photos. Awesome stuff guys!!
  13. Well I'm satisfied...albeit sad to see this one go. But nice to see such a fantastic show choose to wrap it up before losing its edge
  14. That must have felt pretty empty in the Danforth...but glad to hear they served it up anyways. Was wanting to get there but after a particularly exhausting week opted for some long overdue warm and lazy comfort...and some really, REALLY tasty scallops.
  15. That is how hamilton likes to roll...
  16. You know you've had a good summer of music when sitting on Mike Gordon's lap while Phil Lesh sang you lullabies around the camp fire isn't even in your top-five. Oooooooooops. So yeah' date=' Jerry day at TXR should def. be at the top of the list. I'm dumb. [/quote'] I was gonna say...that could be a lifetime topper for me I would think although hard to "rank" these types of moments in time I find. C-towns you are a star and true inspiration For me I have to say Gathering of the Vibes took the cake for me this summer. Just an all around great time, great crew, great site, great weather, great ocean, great headspace, comfy lifeguard chairs with a great view, and the music was fantastic. As I said on here before Phil & Friends night two with Medeski, Scofield, Kadlecic and Russo in particular is one for the history books for me. Kickin up dirt to Old Crow and floaty floatin along to Edward Sharpe and the Zeroes was certainly a highlight as well. As was the music and cheer back at the site with a bunch of good folk. I know I'm forgetting other honourable mentionables but heck...back to work
