  1. Bruce will have about 4 week break during his european tour, so it seems feasible to me he could play. But, I've never seen one of these "leaked" line-ups be correct anyway. Although reading a rollingstone.com article from december I found it interesting they mentioned the rumors of both Phish (seems likely to me) and Springsteen (as the sunday closer) playing bonnaroo. But I guess everyone will know come tomorrow anyway, so it really doesn't matter much.
  2. Here's a list posted on bonnaroo.com messageboard.
  3. Where's the secret hobo spices?
  4. My favourite owned vinyl. I had it played for me when I bought it and since I've never had a turnable as good as the one I heard it on (I forget what it was), I never play this and probally never will. It is however very much listenable with only a few minor pops and no scratches. My copy however does not have a mint cover, and someone had tried to peel off the sticker on the cover. But, it's still sweet to own. Another Side Of Bob Dylan - mono vinyl LP, Radio Promo copy. (scan courtesy of searchingforagem.com) I have some other Dylan vinyls that are considered rather rare, but with the release of the bootleg series they really aren't worth anything like they used to be. (tye-dye vinyl print of Royal albert Hall 64 for exanple) - Still nice to have though.
  5. I stand corrected. We'll be enjoying a moose roast, 4lb roast to be exact. I actually spoke to my buddy this morning and got an earful when I asked if it was goin be chili or burgers. To quote " This ain't some fast food crap! This thing was wandering the woods carefree in the fall"
  6. Great band, although not new to this easterner I've made some mixes that included some songs from their 'Seven Song EP'.Check out some new music! (c-towns thread) Still wishing they make their way this way, I'd love to catch a live show. 7. Someone from PEI is selling some Camden tix on ebay. 249 starting bid, 449 buyout for the pair.
  8. That I'm not sure on to be honest. I had to wager a guess I'd bet on a chili or burgers.
  9. Yeah at the moment its only the audio. [edit to add] Video's back up for me now.
  10. Franks hot sauce? My god man, you may as well just throw ketchup on em. Anyway, now that I finally know whats going on for sunday, I've found out we've got moose, homemade pizza and beer-battered wings with a homemade hot sauce coming our way. Plus the usual munchie junk, veggie/cold meat platter etc.
  11. This one sorta hurt my head... These I laughed at.
  12. Damn, those 3 guys really get around, the last pic I saw they were beating a computer.
  13. Yep, as mentioned on both the site & this one, hence my comment. The link I posted was from clicking a link on THE MAIN PAGE. The streaming link was only posted 21 minutes ago, I guessing since the show starts at noon and probally was in the process of being set up. Although, from your comment its rather unclear you "didn't have time to read", also a reason for my comment. (which bt the way was meant in fun)
  14. My cousin just just called saying she got in 'C' section for Jones and her old man got the error page his first try but after another go was able to get two in 'G' section. First Phish shows for her I guess so she's freakin out..lol
  15. bouche, remember that little test we all took at some point in our school years that taught the lesson of reading the entire page before answering the questions...just curious http://www.lfpress.com/cgi-bin/publish.cgi?p=256425&x=articles&s=arts
  16. Thats good to hear, as each time I listen to any of my playlists I begin with hitting randomize before hitting play.
  17. Oh and speaking of Robert Nighthawk, I love this one from the movie 'And This is Free' (a must see if you haven't). Maxwell Street, Chicago circa 1964 - the blues just ain't played like this anymore.
  18. A lot was left out from the original playlist, RJ for one, only because I'm building a pre-war collection to share eventually. I find it a lot tougher to compile though without just throwing in any old quality of recording, a lot of which many folks would probally find unlistenable besides collectors/fans of that era, as I'm sure you understand. The Nighthawk & Kimbrough on the other hand were perhaps oversights on my part I suppose, but I just took one of my playlists I had made for myself long ago and copied the files over to a folder to share, removing a few tracks due to sound quality. When I get around to making another collection to share I'll more then likely build it from scratch and it'll have a lot more artists and perhaps not so many "fan favourites" as I like to see them as.
  19. Yeah, this is way too sexual. Bring on the lingerie bowl.
  20. As a person who has applied in the past for medicianl allowance (during my cancer treatments) and denied each time until I gave up, I'd love to see medicinal legalization and at the very least decriminalization in the rest of the US states that already haven't done so if for no other reason but to ease the pressure on our own country's policies towards it. Semi-off-topic: Seems like an apporpiate place for my old avatar, it's crazy to think that the GOTV messageboard banned me from using this so many years back, one of the reason I feel no need to support that festival anymore. Petty? Perhaps.
  21. Cheers folks, hope ya'll enjoy, nothing to far out or rare in there really, but its one of my more played playlists. Roy's version of 'Hey Joe' usually gets a replay (or two) from me and a few bangs on the wall from my neighbour to turn it down once in awhile. Sorry Jaimoe, I do have some Lang, but he really didn't fit this playlist in my opinion. I keep those blues in a folder similar to my "new country" folder. My pleasure C, I saw your other post and I was hoping you'd get around to those links, figured you'd be someone who would also enjoy em. Sorta a cross-post reply here I guess. Cheers
