  1. Not that I have a solid knowledge of this stuff, but 1 point ( or 1/10th of a gram) is a basic "hit" if your not smoking it from my understanding, and checking online the goin rate appears to be anywhere between $100-$150 a gram. So, it may seem like a lot but I imagine to a regular user its not as much as we think it is. 25GBP, roughly $45 CDN. So, its definately cheaper then here & the US.
  2. Hope to make it out to a show or two, PJC for sure. Hey, at least the jail gives ya a fresh sandwhich.
  3. Why? I mean come on, why ask someone that when its well known that its not contracted through saliva. Aside from hoping to hook someone who doesn't believe it in a mere attempt to make the story more sensational, and not in a good way. No wonder there is still people afraid of getting HIV through saliva. I dunno, maybe its just me but that seems a like a fear tactic to me. Thankfully, that Hirschbeck guy has some common sense.
  4. Unfortunately, thats not the case, 48 or 49 people died. Everyone on the plane and one person in the home.

    Fill in the blanks

1- Although hearing of them, I have never really listened to any Buckethead. 2- Sure, Ryan Adams is quite famous, but I just don't get it. 3- I don't care what anybody says, tattooed girls with the 'vintage' pin-up look is/are awesome. 4- Bob Dylan & The Band redefined music for me, man. 5- fuÇk light beer !!!!

    hey

Are you saying non-slip fans took over the slip forum so it got deleted? Interesting, I guess I should of checked that forum out more.
  7. When a 5 lb burrito just won't do... There is many things I would eat on that site, I just wouldn't eat any of them prepared like that.
  8. Give this one a go, it's probally my favourite version if I had to pick one. And it's the first time they played it. I also think that 82 was a much better year for GD then 85, especially considering Jerry's health and state of mind. Oregon Country Fair Site Veneta, Or. 08-28-82 http://www.archive.org/details/gd82-08-28.sbd.lai.2333.sbefail.shnf [edit to add] Just reading deadbase I see that this show was also the first 'West L.A.'
  9. A kind of Lot Dictionary, where all the words sound like they end in the letter “Y†I would imagine, it's on a different list.
  10. By old-timers, I assume your refering to folks in their mid to late twenties right? Most of these phrases are foreign to me.
  11. There's an early? Huh - Learn somthing new everyday.

    hey

No one was posting in the other forums, so I think it was deleted so we'd start posting here again.
  13. I guess I could have worded the thread title better since the photos were only the evidence required to get the warrant to search the home and the occupants were arrested after what they discovered in the home. Although, its seems sorta strange the photos would be enough to get a warrant to search the home, yet are only being considered "strong evidence" in matching the home that Phelps was at.
  14. Not that I want to see anyone arrested over this. But, come on this isn't right. Strong evidence? Like the photo(s) used to bust the other eight people... http://www.foxcarolina.com/sports/18680862/detail.html
  15. ...or even the band's allotment of tickets.
  16. My apologys - one too many coffees I guess. It does seem a bit of a stretch that oxys are worse, but in a way I can understand the angle, simply because people are more then willing to pop a prescribed legal narcotic without much consideration, long before they would even think of using heroin. At least thats how I'd percieve the "more deadly" concept.
  17. Happy Birthday Jay. I hope you have a great day and an even better evening. Cheers
  18. Yeah, thats how it works, I understand that and see where you coming from Kev. I really have no input on which artists would participate in that sort of practice, I'd like to think none of them do. But with so many slices of an artists pie being handed out to so many different people before they get their piece, and not to mention what other losses they feel they incur due to things like illegal downloading, for example (poor CD sales etc) its easy to to think some may participate in such practices in a vain attempt to recoup any losses. I'm certianly not defending TM. I don't care for their practice one bit, but until TM is proven to be the sole guilty party, who knows. I mean if an artist of Bruce's stature and caliber is speaking up and getting results - A Govenor taking notice, TM now under investigation etc. Imagine what would happen if more artists started squakin about this shit. Just maybe some of these venues wouldn't renew contracts with TM (ones CC doesn't own anyway..lol). Perhaps it wouldn't help, I dunno.
