This one looks perfect.......we'll have to let Mud make the final call as this gets closer. Hopefully she'll be ready and roarin'! As much as I'd love to head to Gratefulfest - I don't think'll be in the cards this year, so this one could be just what's calling.

Really sorry to have missed this show....sounds like a great night of music and folks! Found out in a letter I picked up from our p.o. box (after the fact) that a friend of ours from St John's was going to be at the show too.....argghhhhh!!! ....and don't believe Korey......I bet it's all his fault......all the bad.........even the poo on C-towns' couch! Just kidding Korey.....you're a peach!

Ya, this is such a fun fest.....with such great folk! I hope it's in the cards for us again this year! I programmed our car alarm to go off around sketchy people.......and you guys kept going near it......what's a car alarm to do?

Hey Karin, It's pretty natural to feel guilty.......but you shouldn't! You can kill yourself with the woulda, shoulda, coulda's but in the end some things are out of your hands! 100% the best thing you could've done for her! When our dog Caruso passed I wrote down all the things/memories about him that made me smile. They're great memories to go back to when sadness creeps in!

Hey Guitarzan, By chance do you remember the last tune you played before setbreak? Nice rollicking tune - I was trying to be conscience of remembering a couple of the lines in it but it's escaping me today.......(maybe had a line like "come along with me" in it!?!?!)

WOW - What a treat that was!! Haven't seen a show that made me smile that much in a long time! And a great crowd of folk ta boot! Really nice range of material too - some stuff I haven't heard in a long while. Nate's backups on Helpless...wow....talk about digging deep!

Kuipers and i watched Stepbrothers last week...about 20min before the ending i went into the kitchen and repeated stabbed the back of my hand with a fork to see if it was better than the movie...it was. Fair enough - I think I'd enjoy stabbing you as well.

I LOVE THE GRATEFUL DEAD TOO!! Almost every musical path I've been on I can link (directly or indirectly) to the Grateful Dead Totally! We were at a party at Backbacon's and there was some real heavy music on. Testosterone was flying everywhere - guys wrestling, throwing each other into walls.....you know guys being guys. Mud looked at me and said something like "Let's have an experiment". Then she went over to the stereo took the heavy music off and put on some Dead and everybody chilled right out - no more wrestling etc.. Pretty wild!

We watched it - really disappointed. We didn't make it all the way through before we shut it off. I wasn't expecting much in terms of substance but I wasn't expecting to laugh a lot......which didn't happen. on the up side - we watched Step-Brothers this weekend and I haven't laughed that much in a long time!
