Well, I dunno about rocking like a Trucker's show. There were definitely moments, but that was more cuntry cheese, than rock, as far as I'm concerned. Good times though, the second set picked up. Fucking awesome Jailbreak, I must admit!!! So fab to see you NewRider (and crew!) and to meet Nellie finally!!!

Who-ah, I can't even tell you ladies what a pleasure that was. Jody... we were destined to meet; I can't believe it took so long!!! I can still barely move from the thousand-crunch equivalent laugh-attack, not to mention my broken neck and head from the tackle into tree on Saturday night. Glad everyone got home OK... can't wait till the next time! Smokin tha hornpipe, indeed!!!

Just because I know you're all such fitness gurus, I thought I would let you know that we're hiring at ParticipACTION . For those of you who don't know what ParticipACTION is, damn you and your youthful vibrance! Just kidding! ParticipACTION is a fully Canadian Charity org.
