Guest Low Roller
Wolf Parade- Apologies to the Queen MaryLOVING this disc. I've listened to it five times straight now, and keep discovering new nuances each time. You can clearly hear the Isaac Brock influence on the album, but it is far from being a Modest Mouse record...I'll go out on a limb and say that this is the best album I've listened to since Funeral by The Arcade Fire. MarcO
That's crazy Greg!I am listening to Neko Case's "Fox Confessor Brings The Flood". I know it's an excellent album because it's one of those that I was ambivalent but intrigued about at first, and now each and every song have revealed themselves to me. Those are always the most rewarding albums.Sometimes the ones you put on and love right away are the ones that fall by the wayside over time. hamilton
nice small group then. I admit to being ignorant of his accompanianists. Those two guys have been playing with Charlie Hunter for quite a while. If you've heard any of his albums or seen him live, you've probably seen or heard them.
