Freak By Night
I'm all over this. It's not the best pizza, but then again it's not the worst. For $1 a slice you can't go wrong. I have anchovies and parmasan at home so I'll be adding extra ingredients when I get my slices after work today. Is there a limit on the number of slices you can buy for a buck each? Thx. rubberdinghy
If you don't get a slice from a pie that's straight out of the oven its like rubber and hurts my jaw! now if it's fresh...for a buck I'm in luck...I liked it better when you had one choice to make...Pepperoni or Super...those were the days... AdamH
what dinghy said. And why is it that the slices in-store tend to be better than the pizza that comes to your door?If you're in Ottawa, for the same price as PP you can get 1 Plus 1 which is soooo much better. And every Wednesday you'll see me eating two slices, any kind from their bank street location...for $5.00 with a drink! SteveThe Owl
Personally, I think eating Pizza Pizza is like chewing on wet cardboard, only not quite so pleasant. But for a buck a slice, I have to quote Che Guevera when he said, "Holey-moley, comrades, that's a deal!" Seriously, I think that the best pizza for your money in downtown Ottawa is Pizza Shark -- not great, but good and at a reasonable price. The best pizza in downtown Ottawa must be Ricardo's. SteveThe Owl
Hey, good memory, man. I still make fun of him for that one. Also, I'm surprised anyone remembers the Dunkin' that was there -- it's been a Timmy's for... how long?
