Jaimoe Posted March 28, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 28, 2008 I went to see Crazy Strings after the Raptors game on Wednesday. They are a different band, at least they were on Wednesday. Andrew Collins (mandolin wiz and vocalist) and Marc Roy (evil young guitar master) weren't in the main band. Roy came on late in the second set and played mandolin (quite well... I hate him). And they have a $3 cover charge. The band seems now to be just a 4-piece (guitar, fiddle, banjo and upright bass) with some special guests added throughout the night like Roy and Collins (he wasn't there although I left before their last set).
