holy shitballz! just stopped in to Art-Is-In for dessert after a fantastic Hintonburger lunch. The place has about 10 amazing looking sandwiches, likely different weekly with daily specials. I will be going there for lunch next week for sure. The sandwiches that caught my eye were the Prime Rib roast beef sandwich with truffle mayo, and a crispy cod fish and chip sandwich. The sandwiches all seemed very reasonably priced for the quality and size. 5-7 bucks tops I believe. I walked out with a vanilla cream donut and a Kouglof. The donut's filling is similar to the stuffing of a canoli.

I picked up some salmon at loblaws a couple of weeks ago and found that the price for their sustainable isn't that much higher than the other offerings. I'm not sure why there are both though. If a company is going to adopt this strategy they should go all the way.

I wanted to ask the same thing but you beat me to it. Now all I'm wondering is if Ottawa Folk Fest is going to be taken on as a BRAND like Bluesfest was. Seems like Folk Fest won't mean FOLK Music, and it also sounds like the identity shift had already begun a couple of years ago.

the only thing I can recommend is Singsnap.com check it out. It's web-based and uses your computer's mic and video camera to help you make a karaoke video of your favourite music. There is quite a bit of content but they charge you to access it all.
