  1. I've tried a couple things and I'm only getting audio also. Hopefully a better copy will surface soon.
  2. No but George Lucas just dropped off the new Indiana Jones....
  3. I used utorrent 1.77 (I think that's the version) and got the download in about 12 hours. I'm trying to convert it to a DVD format as the MPEG doesn't play in my DIVX player (and my computer doesn't have a sound card). It might take me a couple days but I can mail you a copy. Wanna do a trade? Likewise the mpeg is only 2 Gigs so it may work as a GMAIL attachment (I'm not sure what the size limit is).
  4. Yes I remember that show like it was yesterday. Sebastian Bach sang "Last Child" with Aerosmith and Tommy Lee was there too. Metallica was at the top of their game. Where's the Warrant and Aerosmith Setlists?
  5. I attended the first 4 Bonnaroo's and had a blast but I think smaller festivals like Langerado & Gratefulfest are the way to go IMHO. The part I'm most interested in: Bonnaroo’s Comedy Tent will return at full force, with appearances by David Cross, Janeane Garofalo, Zach Galifianakis, Jim Norton, Brian Posehn, Mike Birbiglia, John Mulaney and Michelle Buteau. Cross' performance is billed as Bonnaroo Late Time Chat About, "an original midnight talk show complete with a house band, comic skits and special guests." ...is probably not worth a 14 hour drive.
  6. They thought they could make a lot of money with cheesy metal ballads and inspired a generation Of Creeds and Nickelbacks. Master of Puppets & Justice for All are good albums but I'll never forgive them for Nickelback.
  7. Sorry that was "Lez Zeppelin" I read.
  8. Wouldn't Zeppelin be one of the the big headliners? I dare to say they are a little bigger than Metallica & Pearl Jam.
  9. Hey Mark, 2 questions: does your home school offer Atari 101? Secondly are there any openings for the Summer Semester?
  10. Good luck to you guys and your daughter. High school can be scary & it may be a challenging transition for you guys but I'm sure you'll all do great!

  12. The Classic Albums Series DVD on Frank Zappa's Apostrophe/Overnite Sensation that came out last year is excellent also.
  13. Paul Simon: Graceland the African Concert is also highly recommended (by me anyway).
  14. The Umphrey's New Years DVD is really good if you are into them and the Zappa Plays Zappa DVD which just came out is really good too. Bob Dylan's "Don't look Back" is awesome too. One that surprized me was Peter Gabriel's Secret World Live 1994 DVD as I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan or anything. I've got so many right now it's hard to pick a favorite.
  15. All the water mains in my neighborhood are starting to crumble due to 40-50 year old copper pipes not able handle the city's upgraded mains from the last couple years. Mine went just before Christmas & it cost me $2,100.00 and my insurance & the city refused to help cover any of it. Now when winter is over I have to redo the landscaping in my front yard and replace the busted up sidewalk.
  16. Hang in there Basher. Look at it as an opportunity to update your wardrobe. Hopefully they sell more than just 10 Gallon Hats and giant belt buckles at the clothing stores.
  17. Good to see the boys back together. Now how about a Summer Tour!
  18. I'm actually a little depressed that Hux didn't make an appearance at all this weekend. He'll still get my vote in the next election ...but barely.
  19. I was bummed out before nero, then forgot all about it while in Ottawa. Maybe if nero just goes out on tour full time again it would be the best thing for everyone's spirits. Like a warm nero hug on a cold day.
  20. Looks like a win for Hamilton! I've got a sore neck and back and could use a good massage. There's this massage place nearby but my girlfriend never lets me go because she thinks more than massages is going on there. Sheesh!
  21. There seems to be enough interest here to start a Steve Murphy forum. Tricky, maybe you guys could still open for Murph and the boys even though Diesel Dog "bit the green wiener" as they say.
  22. I own it on DVD and VHS and I laugh as soon as I put it on as soon as the first Hip Hop fight scene starts. I was walking by a T-shirt Booth at Bonnaroo and most of the shirts were Widespread, String Cheese or Trey shirts but one of them read "Sine your Pity on the Runnin Kine!" and I lost it and started laughing uncontrollably. The vendor's response was; "Best Pootie Tang Shirts in the lot".
  23. Sign my pity on the runnin Kine!
