The owner of the Boathouse was pissed that this rumor was being spread and wanted to find the source of the gossip (apparently as recently as Saturday when Tigger called him). Either way hopefully something will work out.

I think the first few Bonnaroo's were great also and they could have kept going strong without adding the Police and other big acts. Maybe next year they can book Van Halen and Led Zeppelin and rake in a ton of cash.
