Over the Thanksgiving weekend I bought some St-Ambroise Pumpkin Ale. It was so yummy. Pumpkin, ginger, cinnimin, nutmeg, clove, allspice.... really good. But by a lighter beer as well. You can't drink these all night.

I grew up in farm country and remember egg yolks being a really dark yellow, almost orange. I was treated to some home-farmed eggs not too long ago by one of my employees that has a small chicken coop. They taste SO much better, more rich, more flavor. It's a shame what passes as food these days. I'd like to know how much less nutrients are in our fruit and vegetables compared to 30 years ago.

I can tell you that at each and every rehearsal, during each and every song, Matt blows me away with the way he rips into solos, leads the way and just sounds like a seasoned rock star. Oh wow Mammoth, I'm so glad you and teh wife went to Dr. Nodelman. We adore him. A great guy and dentist and he employs some wonderful staff. I can seriously fall asleep during cleanings there. So relaxing.
