One of my co-worker's husband works for the RCMP. She mentioned something to me about a sort of confetti that comes out when a taser is used. The confetti allows investigators to see how long the taser was fired, whose tazer was used, etc. I don't know if this is already in practise or is something they're thinking of implementing as a result of this incident. I rarely listen to her.

Here, here phishtaper. I don't need that stuff either. I get the picture well enough from reading about it. Having seen a couple of real deaths in person, the last damn thing I want to do is see more people dying. What a terrible trend these sensationalized/available to anyone death videos are.

Here's one my co-worker said to me this morning. A woman who just won the lottery grabs hold of her husband, hugs him and screams "Pack you're bags!!!". The husband grins and says "Babe, should I pack for someplace warm or somewhere cold?" Wife says "Pack for both, and get the fack out of here!"

A girl I work with has driven me crazy for six years just by saying "Acrosst". "I'm going acrosst the street, do you want something?" **Shudder**

OMG. I used to play "Just Like Mom" with my brothers and sister. One day my dad came home and saw the kitchen in shambles and made us eat the disgusting flour/ketchup/puffed wheat/egg/condiment "masterpiece" we made. That was the last time I wasted food under his roof, I tells ya.

AD sorry I never answered your question. We're in Quebec and use Videotron so I guess it's not really gonna help you to know when and what channel we see it on. I know it's Sunday nights, we just set the PVR so I'm not really sure. It is HD though.

I really like this band, well, I really like this band's music. The melodramatic performance element isn't my cup of tea, but I can see how people can get excited about it. Win Butler is AWESOME!

I sang one of her songs to bouche on our wedding day. Good stuff.

I've been a Director of Operations for a corporate housing division for a few years. Next week I start my new position as a Branding Director. Woo Hoo! I've always hated the question "What do you do?" It's like your job defines you. I prefer "What do you enjoy?". It is interesting though to read about the varying ways we all make a living.

Hmph, I didn't catch any bad vibes between Jon and Jerry. I thought it was a great interview. I especially liked when they talked about concerts (Jerry's first was Paul McCartney and Wings).

Yeah the fine sucks BUT people generally know months in advance of when their sticker expires. Anyone who knows their birthday anyway. Working out of province isn't an excuse. No one can predict an accident. All vehicles on the road should be insured.
