  1. I'm in the same boat except I have an 8mm camera that is flakey as hell. When I load a tape and press play it might run for a couple of seconds before beeping and auto-ejecting the cassette. Sometimes it won't load or play at all. Anyone know how to fix this one?
  2. Say what you want about the guy... he puts himself out there. I feel shitty about this.
  3. Has anyone else got this on their list? I'm just getting into it and it's freaking awesome!!

Does the same go for smoking? I find that most places that say no pets also say no smoking. Brian, I've been looking for something similar to your specifications for the past couple of months. There are houses for rent at around $1200 but not super central located. Keep your eye on these sites: http://ottawa.craigslist.ca/apa/ http://ottawa.kijiji.ca/f-housing-apartments-for-rent-W0QQCatIdZ37 http://ottawa.kijiji.ca/f-housing-house-rental-W0QQCatIdZ43 http://www.mls.ca/map.aspx?AreaID=2862
  10. Finally tried this place out last night, went for dinner with my mom, Christine and my brother. Wow, what an awesome restaurant. This is pretty close to my ideal restaurant -- quality, real, gourmet food with informed service in a totally casual, come as you are atmosphere. Place was busy and noisy, so be forewarned about that, and a little pricey but if the quality is this good on every visit then totally worth splurging on once in a while. I had a tender, delicious beef filet with blue cheese mash potatoes and green beans. I also sampled the goose and tuna mains and they were great too. Gourmet ice cream for dessert was out of this world good. Beer selection is super, with not one fake micro on the draft list. I also enjoyed my seat facing the kitchen which gave me lots to look at. Highly recommended.
  11. Saw this show last year in Montreal and it was fantastic. Worth it just to hear a "1983" rendition of Supper's Ready. Nice venue too.
  12. You're coming up to O-town? Awesome. Introduce yourself indeed. I look like my avatar + 18 years.
  13. Hey Kev, can you get a slashing penalty where you work?
  14. Any skanks looking to get their freak on? Sexapalooza
  15. Which is pretty much what I said in my reply to c-towns. But thanks for ignoring that.
  16. Quit being such a pedantic nerd Brad. You got me on the semantics, but don't tell me the spirit of what I said is wrong.
  17. All I meant was that the logs are stored on the server, regardless of whether the log is tracking router activity or not. Does that not make them, in a general and completely acceptable in common parlance sense, "server logs"? As for that information being useful to my boss, what typically happens is that the boss asks the web administrator for a report on web usage. That report is then useful to the boss.
  18. Boohoo, poor Blake.... I agree with Clarke and I don't think it was gutless, it seemed more spur of the moment in the scuffle, hence the no suspension. Take another look at it. Downie looks up, sees that Blake is helpess and then takes his chance to pop him. That's pre-meditation.
  19. I think you mean "router" rather than "server." Aloha' date=' Brad[/quote'] I don't think so. But feel free to expand on that. I did, however, mean to type "They" and not "Tbey".
  20. Tbey would look at the server logs which are probably out of your hands. We got wind of a potential internet audit here. Bye bye jambands.ca!
